ULCC American Legion Post 758 and the Union League Club of Chicago, together with Military Outreach USA and DePaul University, proudly presented a forum focusing on assisting veterans affected by the psychological trauma of combat during deployment. This all-day symposium was geared towards all individuals and organizations serving our veterans and their families.

Little Black Pearl Art Exhibit- June 11, 2015
REFLECTIONS is an exhibition of works by ten artists from Little Black Pearl Art & Design Academy
These ten students from Little Black Pearl found inspiration in works by ULC Distinguished Artists Dawoud Bey, Phyllis Bramson, Ruth Duckworth, Michiko Itatani, Vera Klement, Robert Lostutter, Kerry James Marshall, Ed Paschke. Using the Club and its art collection to enhance student learning, this multi-visit program creates opportunities for art students at Little Black Pearl to create and exhibit their own art and to imagine their future in the arts by engaging with artists and art professionals. This partnership connects the Union League Club Art Committee, Public Affairs Committee, and Luminarts Cultural Foundation to the Little Black Pearl Art & Design Academy.
